Cricket for Beginners

Give your child the chance to learn one of the world’s most popular sports! In partnership with Prime Sports Academy and Blackhawks Sports Club, this fun and active program introduces participants to the fundamentals of cricket, including batting, bowling, fielding, teamwork, and game strategy. Through engaging drills, skill-building activities, and friendly games, students will build confidence, stay active, and enjoy learning a sport played by millions around the globe. No experience necessary—all skill levels are welcome!

Equipment: All equipment will be provided. Coaches will supply tennis balls (rather than hard cricket balls), batting equipment, and all materials needed for instruction and gameplay. Participants are welcome to bring their own cricket gear if they prefer, but it is not required.
