Half Day PM TuitionTroy School District PreschoolThe troy School District Preschool provides a World Class early-learning experience for all learners. Your child will receive a high-quality foundation of learning in a nurturing, literacy-rich environment directly aligned to our K-12 TSD Curriculum. troy Preschool teachers work with our Kindergarten staff to ensure that we are empowering our youngest students for a seamless transition into the TSD Kindergarten classroom. We offer full day or half day preschool classes. Our Full Day tuition is $10,300 and our Half Day tuition is $5850. Our tuition is paid in 10 equal monthly installments beginning August 1st and ending on May 1st. We also have Explorer's before and after school child care. The cost is $11 a day for the before (AM) and $16 a day for the after (PM). This requires a separate registration and registration fees apply. Tuition and Explorer rates are subject to change. Priority is given to troy School District families. Out of District registrations will be wait listed. We do offer Explorers on most half days of school. We will not offer Explorers on half days during the first and last week of school. The cost is $40 and requires a separate registration if you would like your child to attend. Half day sessions are not included in the PM session. You will need to register your child and registration fees apply if you are not a current Explorer family. High School Additional Credit - School YearHigh School Additional Credit - School YearDescription: High School students can earn missing credits or gain advance credit. Classes are completed virtually with an optional classroom/computer lab that is available Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Permission from counselor is required. You will receive an email with instructions once the online registration is verified by your counselor. COURSE LOAD: Students must be registered and attending classes for six (6) units of credit in the regular day school before they are permitted to enroll in Troy Continuing Education classes. Student can work in the Troy Learning Center Classroom lab with certified teacher: Lab hours vary and must be confirmed with mentor teacher. Generally, the lab hours are Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Lab is located in Room 20. This lab is optional to attend; however, final exams must be completed during lab hours. Troy Learning Center: 1522 East Big Beaver, Troy, MI 48083. Troy School District Students $239.00 ; Out of District Students $279.00. Registration: Students can register and begin classes at any time from August 25, 2026 to December 15, 2026 for the Fall semester. High School Completion/GED Prep/HISET Prep/Increase Skill LevelsStudents can earn a diploma, prepare for GED/HISET/High School Equivalency testing, and develop academic skills for employment or post-secondary admission. This program features online learning programs individualized lessons, self-paced study, and flexible learning schedules with certified teacher support. Classes are completed virtually with an optional classroom/computer lab that is available Tuesday through Thursday 9:30 am – 12:30 pm for daytime students OR Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm for evening students. Requirements: Students must be 18 years or older and must qualify through placement testing. A $40 non-refundable registration fee is required, otherwise, classes are FREE for eligible students. Students without a high school diploma/equivalency qualify if math and reading scores are above 5th grade level. Students who have a high school diploma/equivalency qualify if math and/or reading scores are below 12th grade and above 5th grade. Program diploma requirements include a minimum of 2 credits (4 classes) must be earned through Troy Adult Continuing Education unless previous credits have been earned from a Troy School District high school; in which case, a minimum of 1 credit (2 classes) must be earned through Troy Adult Continuing Education. All students must also take the Troy Adult Continuing Education program posttest to earn a diploma. In Person Registration: REGISTRATION IN CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 8.
