Little Stars is a beginner rhythmic gymnastics class for younger children. Students will develop coordination, balance, flexibility, body awareness, and basic apparatus skills through fun, age-appropriate activities. Stretching & Strength is a beginner-friendly class designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, posture, and overall body control. Girls will practice safe stretching exercises, core and leg strengthening, coordination activities, and proper movement technique in a positive and supportive environment. This class is suitable for Girls of all experience levels and helps build a strong foundation for gymnastics, dance, and other sports.

Tiny Tots is a playful beginner rhythmic gymnastics class designed for girls ages 3–4. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, children will develop coordination, balance, flexibility, body awareness, and basic movement skills.
